Market Intelligence
Know what the market is doing before deciding your next move.
How do you analyse competitors in a way that is actually useful?
Useful competitor analysis is not a list of what others do. It is identifying what they are not covering. That means monitoring positioning, offers, channels, live campaigns and the vocabulary used in their communication, then cross-referencing that with your internal conversion data and with search demand. The output has to end in a decision, such as which space to occupy or which offer to adjust, not in a descriptive report nobody uses.
Looking outward with method
Watching competitors is common. Doing it systematically, recording changes and turning observation into decisions is rare.
We monitor positioning, offers, channels, live campaigns and the vocabulary the market uses. That last item usually reveals what the audience is actually searching for, which feeds the SEO and content strategy directly.
From observation to decision
The report has to end in a recommendation. Which positioning gap exists, which offer is out of step with the market, which channel competitors abandoned and why.
We cross that external read with your internal conversion and margin data, because a market opportunity your operation cannot serve profitably is not an opportunity.

FAQ
Questions about market intelligence
How often should the analysis be repeated?
A full read every six months covers most categories, with light ongoing monitoring of campaigns and offers in between. Fast-moving markets or launch periods need more frequency. Repeated too soon it produces noise; too late and the decision is already outdated.
Can you see what competitors are advertising?
Largely yes, using public sources: the ad libraries the platforms publish, live landing pages, social communication and business profiles. We work only with public and lawful information. There is no access to anyone's internal data.
Is this useful for a small company or only for large ones?
It is especially useful for small companies, because whoever has less budget has to be more right about where to compete. Fighting for the same space as a larger competitor, with the same message, is the fastest way to spend without result.

How much is your operation losing each month?
Almost every company loses opportunities without knowing: conversions never recorded, leads nobody answers in time, budget going to the wrong channel. Within weeks you have that number, and the list of what to fix first.
