CRM, Automation and Relationships
From generated lead to reactivated customer, with nothing leaking.
Why do leads from campaigns fail to become sales?
In most operations the problem is not generation, it is what happens next. A lead that waits hours for a reply, arrives with no source recorded, gets routed with no criteria, or vanishes when the conversation moves to a messaging app represents media budget already spent and wasted. Structuring CRM, routing, response time and follow-up automation usually raises conversion without adding a single unit to the ad budget.
The funnel leaks after the click
Companies invest to generate demand and lose much of it in the gap between the lead arriving and someone speaking to them. Response time, routing criteria and systematic follow-up move conversion more than fine-tuning campaigns.
That is why CRM sits in the Foundation phase, before scaling spend. There is no sense in increasing inflow into a leaking container.
What we structure
Funnel stages that reflect how the company actually sells, not a generic template. Objective qualification criteria, so “good lead” means the same thing to marketing and to sales. Routing with a rule and a deadline. And automation that sustains follow-up without depending on anyone’s memory.
Integrations
We connect the platforms the operation already uses, such as ad accounts, forms, messaging apps, spreadsheets and internal systems, with automation tools like n8n when native integration does not exist or does not cover the case.
The goal is always the same: one reliable source for every opportunity, from the first ad to the close, feeding the funnel reports with data you can audit.
What you receive
- CRM structure, funnel stages and qualification criteria
- Routing rules and response-time commitments
- Marketing automation and cross-platform integrations, including n8n
- Conversational marketing, with messaging sequences tied to the CRM

FAQ
Questions about crm, automation and relationships
Do we need to change CRM?
Usually not. Most of the problems we find come from an undefined process rather than a tool limitation: stages that do not reflect the real sale, fields with no required entry, lead source lost along the way. Switching systems without fixing that reproduces the same problem in a new interface.
How does messaging fit into the CRM?
Through integration that records the conversation as part of the opportunity, with the source preserved and the history accessible. It is a critical point in many markets: a large share of sales happens there and, without integration, those conversations live on one salesperson's phone. When that person leaves, the relationship leaves with them.
What is database reactivation and why does it pay so well?
It means working the people who already bought or already showed interest and went cold. It pays because contact cost is low, the base already knows the brand, and conversion rates usually beat cold audiences. It is the first thing we look at when the goal is fast results without raising budget.
Does automation make service impersonal?
It does when it replaces the conversation. It does not when it organises what comes before and after: confirming receipt, remembering to follow up, re-engaging people who went quiet, requesting a review after purchase. Automation exists so salespeople spend time with people who are ready, not on manual task tracking.

How much is your operation losing each month?
Almost every company loses opportunities without knowing: conversions never recorded, leads nobody answers in time, budget going to the wrong channel. Within weeks you have that number, and the list of what to fix first.
