First step

Find out what your operation is losing

Within weeks you know how many opportunities your operation loses each month, at which stage, and why.

What does a marketing diagnostic deliver?

It delivers three answers most companies do not have: how many opportunities the operation loses each month, at which stage that happens, and what to fix first to recover fastest. It is not a descriptive report of what you already know. It is the bill for what is leaking, and the order of priority for stopping it.

What you find out

  • Measurement and tracking. GA4, Tag Manager, Pixel and Conversions API. What is being measured, what is being lost and what is being counted twice.
  • Marketing and sales funnel. From impression to closed revenue, identifying the exact stage where results are lost.
  • CRM and lead handling. Routing, response time, qualification and follow-up, including what happens when the conversation moves to messaging apps.
  • Paid media. Account structure, targeting, creative, landing pages and whether the ad promise matches what the page delivers.
  • Organic presence. Technical state of the site, SEO, readiness for generative engines and the Google Business Profile.
  • Competitors and market. Positioning, offers, active channels and the gaps nobody is filling.

Questions about the diagnostic

What do I get out of the diagnostic?

You get three numbers almost no company has: how many opportunities you lose each month, at which stage it happens, and how much can be recovered by fixing whatever is cheapest to fix. The order of priority comes with it. It is paid work because it is real analysis, and the output is yours, whether you execute with us, with another vendor or in-house.

How long does it take?

Two to four weeks, depending on the size of the operation and how quickly access is granted. Granting access is usually the step that delays things most, so we start there.

What do you need from me?

Read access to the ad accounts, GA4, Google Tag Manager, Search Console, the Google Business Profile and the CRM, where they exist. Always read permission, never admin. If some access cannot be granted, we work with what is available and record the limitation in the report.

What if the conclusion is that I do not need an agency?

That conclusion gets stated. We have seen the bottleneck sit in the sales process or in pricing, and in those cases more marketing spend would only accelerate the loss. You leave knowing that, which is worth more than a contract that was never going to work.

Do I need to change tools or agencies to start?

No. The diagnostic looks at what already exists and works with your current setup. Most of the problems we find come from an undefined process rather than a tool limitation, and switching systems without fixing that reproduces the same problem in a new interface.
